For all of its small-town attraction, Traverse City possesses plenty of big-metropolis sophistication – thanks largely to its established and thriving arts neighborhood. Matheny’s Arts Entry program empowers people with disabilities to create artwork with out boundaries. The ARTS Center is a 20,000 sq. foot house that serves as an anchor institution and hub of neighborhood creativity in National Metropolis’s rising arts and tradition district.
