Arts Alive SDSU is devoted to offering opportunities for college kids, college, and employees at San Diego State University to engage in the arts as an integral a part of a comprehensive education that promotes creative research, interdisciplinary collaboration, professional innovation, and personal enrichment on campus and in the community. Arts Whistler is the community’s umbrella arts organization, playing a significant leadership role in arts advocacy and cultural growth. The necessity for kids’s arts training in the neighborhood was clearly evident, and Arts Umbrella took off immediately.
