Vulcan’s arts and leisure portfolio consists of live music and artwork events, cultural spaces, and represents museums. ArtS is a 3 yr Erasmus+ mission, which goals on the exploitation of the cultural and Creative Sectors (CCS) potential for creating growth and jobs and on the enhancement of cultural economic system at local, regional, nationwide and transnational ranges.
