Our mission is to empower people with disabilities from Northern Michigan with interactive experiences, each artistic and cultural, while offering alternatives for personal development and studying. Alma is an expert in Center-East and North Africa arts, tradition and heritage sectors, having worked 10 years for the Council in Beirut as Regional Arts supervisor for the MENA area. The Public Artwork Committee is a standing committee of the Arts Fee, made up of three Arts Commissioners and 6 community members that possess a wide range of experience related to public artwork.

With agencies positioned in international locations around the globe, E3 gives a singular international cultural perspective on the humanities and leisure world that places worth nationwide and indigenous cultural heritage within the arts, rather than a singular globalization.
