Arts Alive SDSU is devoted to providing opportunities for college kids, school, and workers at San Diego State University to interact within the arts as an integral a part of a complete schooling that promotes creative analysis, interdisciplinary collaboration, skilled innovation, and personal enrichment on campus and locally. For a visual artist, performance might supply direct physical impacts between the viewer and the artist—for example, a trending group at the time, Fluxus, held Happenings” events by Yoko Ono, Nam Jun Paik, Claes Oldenburg, Robert Rauschenberg, and Carolee Schneeman.
